Privacy Policy

SmartPES (the “app”) is an iPhone app made by 67 Enterprise LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app and our servers process, and how you can delete it. You can reach us at info@67enterprise.com.

The short version

• No sign-up and no account with a name or email.
• No ads, no tracking, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. We don’t sell or share your personal data for advertising.
• If you start from an idea, the text of your idea is sent to OpenAI to create the artwork. Artwork you upload is never sent to OpenAI.
• Your designs are kept until you delete them, and you can delete them yourself in the app.

Anonymous install, no account

There is no sign-up and no account with a name or email. On first launch, the app registers an anonymous install with a random token. Our server stores only a hash of that token. The token itself is kept in your iPhone’s Keychain, and it is synced by iCloud Keychain if you have that turned on.

What we process

• Artwork you upload. It is re-encoded on upload, which strips photo metadata such as location.
• The text of ideas you type.
• Artwork generated from an idea.
• The resulting stitch files and previews.
• Design settings (hoop size, number of colors).
• Purchase records: Apple transaction ID, product, date and store environment. Apple processes payments, and we never receive card or payment details.

OpenAI

When you start from an idea, the text of your idea is sent to OpenAI’s image generation API to create the artwork. Artwork you upload is never sent to OpenAI.

OpenAI’s API data policy says that API data isn’t used to train its models by default and may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. You can read OpenAI’s policies at openai.com/policies.

Where your designs are stored

Designs are processed and stored on servers operated by 67 Enterprise LLC in the United States. Network providers, such as Cloudflare, carry traffic on our behalf.

Network addresses

The network address of a request is used briefly, in memory, to limit abuse, for example too many new installs from one network. It isn’t stored with your designs.

How long we keep things, and how to delete them

Designs are kept until you delete them. You can:

• delete one design: Design screen → ••• → Delete design
• delete everything: Settings → Delete my designs and data
• or email us at info@67enterprise.com.

Purchase records are kept as required for accounting, even after you delete your designs and data.

Ads and tracking

The app has no ads, no tracking, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. We don’t sell or share your personal data for advertising.

Children

The app isn’t directed to children under 13.

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
